How it Works

Keeping in mind our patients convenience. We have started Web consultation. It's a new, high tech approach from Udit Healthcare for those patients, who cannot reach during consulting hours for new and follow up visits to clinic.

Web consultation is available on all high tech gadgets i.e. Desktop / Laptop / Tablet / Smart Phone by taking prior appointment.

You can also do Live chat & Video consultation with Dr. Jaydeep R. Shah via Whatsapp / Facetime.

Schedule Online Appointment

For consultation, you have to register & take appointment.
You can pay by Credit Card or Online Bank Transfer and provide payment details to confirm appointment.
You will be intimated by email / SMS for timing of your consultation appointment. We do provide an option to make payment for your online consultation by sweeping credit card at your doorstep.

Timings : Your preferred time between 11am.

* New Case : 500RS/ NRI: 20$.
Follow up / Old Case Mention your OPD I.D. : 300RS. For 3 month old case.
Councelling / Second Opinion : 1000RS.
